For undecorated iced 8 inch round* cakes. All cakes are 4 inches tall with the exception of Fruit Cakes which are 2.5/3 inches tall. The price of the finished cake is dependent on the size of the cake, choice of filling/covering and design.
Jamaican Black Rum Cake
Very moist, Rich Fruit Cake made with a mixture of Berries, Prunes and Citrus Fruits steeped for 12 months in generous measures of Jamaican rum and fortified red wine and infused with Jamaican Rum. Lighter than Traditional Fruit Cake.
Ginger Orange and Sultana Cake
Italian Fruit Cake made with Fresh Oranges, Stem Ginger, Whisky Syrup and Olive Oil.
Victoria Sponge Cake
Classic Sponge Cake layered with Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry Jam.
Lemon Madeira Cake
A twist on the Classic Madeira Cake made with Lemon Zest, Rapeseed Oil, Butter and Cream layered with a Zingy Lemon Buttercream.
Vanilla and Passion Fruit Cake
Vanilla and Passion Fruit Sponge Cake infused with Passion Fruit Syrup or Homemade Passion Fruit Liqueur and layered with either Passion Fruit Curd and Vanilla Buttercream or Passion Fruit Buttercream
Chocolate and Almond Cake
Rich Chocolate Cake made with the finest quality Chocolate, Butter Milk, Almonds and layered with an indulgent Chocolate Ganache.
* Depending on how a cake is cut, a round 8 inch cake provides from 18 to up to 26 (1“ x 2” slice) servings.
