Twist on a classic Madeira layered with either a lemon or lemon and basil buttercream

Vanilla and caramel sponge cake, with indulgent layers of salted caramel buttercream


Vanilla and Passion Fruit 

Vanilla and passion fruit sponge cake infused with passion fruit syrup or homemade passion fruit liqueur and layered with either passion fruit curd and vanilla buttercream or passion fruit buttercream
